I believe that when you work in the area of change management and organization development, the first thing you need, to make things work, is BELIEF IN PEOPLE. This belief has to be genuine, rock solid and permanent. This is the starting point of change. In our long coaching and training history, we have seen many people who were written off, turning into contributors and performers. We believe each person wants to do well, sometimes they wander off but they always come back.

Most people when they work on the change management front related to people, they are often not sure on how they can measure the effectiveness of change. They think it is some flimsy, esoteric concept which can not be measured. It is easy to quantify but your measuring scale needs to be correct. What if I ask you to give me one kilometer of milk? You would think I am crazy. If I ask you, are you happy or satisfied, you may say a yes or a no or partially satisfied. Why should happiness, satisfaction and love have a number to it. Let us change the way we look at things!

We call ourselves organizational integrators. That is because when we worked in organizations and saw their growth in geometric progression, it happened only by integrating these organizations. Most of these organizations were fragmented in their approach, hierarchical in their outlook and individual driven as their focus. However, when an organization gets integrated, it is all about teamwork, mutual respect, and respect for the systems.

Not all stories for us have been a success. Sometimes when we achieve a partial success, it builds a platform for a bigger change events in future for good. Thus, some results come fast while others may take time to come. Change management is a process, not a milestone. Old habits die hard but new habits can be created in no time. We help organizations build new hopes, new horizons and new ways of doing things. It has been a wonderful journey so far but the best is yet to come!!!

I have around 3 decades of work experience where I have conducted 600 training programs of different nature, training around 20,000 people. I have worked as a coach with around 45 people across different levels in varied industries, investing around 400 coaching hours. It has been greatly exciting, challenging and rewarding working with different industries across these years.
