Like most Indians, we too have been a Cricket fan and the passion in us found a client which makes tools to pursue this passion. Sanspareil Greenlands (SG) has been traditionally a cricket gear manufacturing company which has now successfully diversified into apparels, footwear and bags. Organization development interventions helped the organization grow and our ride still continues, completing 11 years with them. In this journey, we saw the company move from being a Rs 40 cr company to around Rs 200 cr company. It was their journey and achievement but we did make a significant contribution to the organization in order to achieve the growth objectives. We designed and developed their

KEI was our first client when we started working with them in 2000 and had a turnover of Rs 42 cr approximately. They have grown into a Rs 3,200 cr plus company now. We worked with KEI from 2000-2015 and it was a phenomenal journey working with around 100 people in 2000 to around 2800 people in 2015. We have seen the company grow, scale great heights and we have contributed to bringing about a systematic approach to growth in KEI during our times. The focus was on Performance Management System (PMS), Leadership Skills, Behavioural, Soft Skills, Team Working Training, Executive Coaching, HR Policies, Balanced Score Cards, etc. They did forward integration of their cables & wires business and ventured into EPC business which also is doing great for them too.

Royal Danish Embassy hired us initially to coach 8 of their sector leaders, mostly Danish. It was a great experience working with them and thankfully we were able to bring about perceptible and significant difference to these Coachees. Owing to the success of the same, we were given 4 more Coachees to coach and it was also received well by the participants. It feels great to be in touch with them and see them taking leaps forward in their professional journeys. We have conducted training workshops for them too across the embassy on various subjects.

We have conducted 8 PMS training workshops, 9 Train the trainer workshops and 4 Managerial Effectiveness workshops for Uflex during the last 3 years and the journey continues. Each of these PMS training workshops resulted in significant change for the people and the feedback we have received is excellent. PMS training workshops helped the people in formulating SMART KRAs and create KPIs for each of the KRAs. Train the trainer resulted in better training skills for the existing pool of trainers at Uflex, as per the feedback these people received before and after attending the TTT workshop.
